  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place in crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch with 2 tbsp of the liquid from the crock pot.
  6. Stir cornstarch mixture back into crock pot and mix with sauce.
  7. Cook on high for an additional 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
